The www.kreenvip.com site and the app ("Site") is managed by Kreen of Companies including its subsidiaries and affiliated companies ("we", "us", "our" or "Kreen VIP").

1 Our Site & Services

Kreen VIP offers a digital platform where you can browse, search, select, and book:

F&C entry tickets (first drink included)
Table reservations with deposit or full payment
DJ events & nightlife performances
User account for tracking bookings

We act as a facilitator between you and our venue partners (bars, clubs, promoters) and provide support for booking and payments.

2 Definitions

1. "Booking": A confirmed reservation or purchase via Site.

2. "Confirmed Booking": Booking confirmed by an issued e-ticket or voucher with a unique QR Code.

3. "Venue Partner": Entity partnering with Kreen VIP to accept bookings via the Site.

3 User Eligibility

1. Must be at least 18 years old and legally capable.

2. Users guarantee accuracy of personal information (name, email, phone).

4 Account Registration & Security

1. You must register an account to use our services.

2. Provide accurate, current, updated, and maintain password confidentiality.

3. Notify us of any unauthorized access or misuse.

4. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or committing fraud.

5 Booking & Payment

1. All bookings are subject to availability and venue partner confirmation.

2. Payment must be completed to secure your booking.

3. Prices displayed include all applicable taxes and fees.

4. Refund and cancellation policies vary by venue partner and event type.

You agree not to:
